Welcome to Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley!

Our kind, caring staff of board-certified pediatricians and experienced nurse practitioners warmly welcomes you to Pediatrics at Newton Wellesley, a member of the Boston Children’s Hospital Primary Care Alliance. Since 1996, we have focused on the evolving treatment needs of families in our practice. Our patient-centered, research-driven care draws families from throughout Massachusetts and beyond.

We have expanded our practice to include a second location. We continue to practice at our primary location at Newton -Wellesley hospital and excited to announce our newest office in Newton Corner. Our two locations will now serve MetroWest and beyond. We look forward to serving families in Newton, Watertown, Belmont and surrounding areas.

Through Telehealth, we treat a wide variety of office visit needs – and they’re currently covered by most insurance plans in the State of Massachusetts. Give us a call and we can walk you through this easy process or click here to learn more.

At PNW we take pride in ensuring that our families know our staff by name. For over 24 years, it has been our privilege to provide the best in preventive and acute care for our patients. We aim to be lifelong partners in your child’s health.

*If you or your child are asymptomatic for COVID-19 but would like to be tested for reasons such as exposure, travel or contact with a high risk person, you may contact an urgent care to schedule a test. Please follow up directly with urgent care for your results. Please visit the link below provided by the Department of Public Health to find an urgent care near you*

Here at PNW, we are currently unable to offer in-office COVID-19 testing. Although we are waiting on supplies needed to test in our office, we are available to see your sick child. This can be done either in-office or virtually. We can then refer you to MGH’s COVID testing line, urgent cares in the area, or directly to Newton-Wellesley. Please note, if your child needs to be tested for COVID-19 and needs to be cleared to return to school, a PCR COVID-19 ( not antibody or antigen) test will need to be performed and resulted.

12/2020 New appointment guidelines:

As of 12/01/2020, to adhere to NWH guidelines, we are asking that ONE parent/guardian/caregiver accompany your child(ren) to their visit. We realize this may not always be possible with newborns, please inquire if you an extenuating circumstance. Please do not bring siblings unless they have a scheduled appointment. This applies to both Newton Wellesley and Newton Corner locations.

As many of you know, the current Massachusetts travel advisory states that anyone who travels out of state (except for Hawaii) must either quarantine for 14 days upon their return or obtain a negative COVID test before they resume their normal activities. In an effort to adhere to this advisory, we are asking that all families with upcoming visits let our office know if you have traveled or plan to travel in the coming weeks. We will work with you to move any appointments scheduled at our Newton Corner location to Newton Wellesley instead. We will also reschedule or offer a virtual visit when appropriate. We appreciate your understanding and diligence in helping us keep our patients and staff healthy.
